Dear IEEE Long Island Section Members, I hope you had a wonderful holiday season. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all who generously volunteered their time to our Section in 2024. Your dedication is invaluable in delivering meaningful value to our members.

I also want to express gratitude to everyone who participated in the Long Island Section Succession Planning poll. Based on the feedback over 82% of respondents opted to retain the current Section Officers for 2025 while actively mentoring prospective candidates for 2026.

As we set our course for 2025, please take note of the ExCom meeting dates:
