FREEThe technology community has come a long way, and now Agile is the norm. It was recognized that it is necessary to step beyond the team boundary to more fully realize the value that Lean and Agile represent. This led to the formulation of strategies and frameworks to scale Agile and improve business agility.
This lecture will present a definition of Scales Agile; the rationale for Scaling; Prevailing Models and Frameworks; and Tips for successful scaling.
Attendees will learn some of the impediments that need to be addressed, and leave the session with a deeper understanding of strategies for meeting the Scaling challenge.
