The Membership Development Committee team helps increase IEEE Membership by recruiting new members, retaining current members and recovering members in arrears. It promotes elevations in grade and encourages participation in Society memberships. It contributes to the awareness by members of the values of their IEEE membership and increases IEEE membership quality. In addition, it provides efficient and timely communication to all IEEE management levels of the interests and concerns of our members and identifies membership trends, changes and problems.
