Our primary relationship with other professional societies is through the Engineers Joint Committee of Long Island.<\/p>\n In coordination with other section committees, affinity groups, society chapters and student branches, we have reached out to other professional societies, educational institutions, local government officials and Long Island based service organizations with an eye toward increasing the social engagement of our members with the rest of our community.<\/p>\n
