What technologies will have the greatest impact over the next decade?  What are the key challenges effecting our communities, our nation and our planet? Can technology help shape our solutions to these challenges? How are the roles of Engineers and technologists in the 21st century changing in response to these challenges and opportunities? IEEE Executive Director Stephen Welby will discuss the intersection of technology, technological work and the public good.

Speaker Biography:
Stephen Welby is the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
